Leading MNC in Ice cream Manufacturing

Case:
The company is a leading conglomerate in the world having a major share of the Ice cream manufacturing market in India. As the production and storage facilities were inadequate to store the pre-built stocks in India, it was leading to inconsistencies in meeting supply versus demand, on time.

• Prebuilt product needed to be stored at the right temperature so that quality is maintained; moreover they were trying the same for the first time in India.


• Lack of Temperature Controlled Warehouses on Pan India basis.

Solution:
The customer was asked to conduct a quality audit at the major locations where
we housed warehouses. The quality team confirmed that Snowman can provide the
temperature of – 25 degree C to store the prebuilt stocks. The stocks were stored for
the first time in the country for a longer duration to offset the demand during the
season.
